FEEL LIKE TALKING CONNECTIONS LTD. (operating under the name “RWIRELESS”) PRODUCT SERVICE PLAN

1. DEFINITIONS

“Device” means the mobile phone identified by IMEI on the proof of purchase.
“Term” means the twenty-four (24) month coverage period from the day of purchase.
“Claim” means a request for repair or replacement submitted under this policy.

2. NATURE OF COVERAGE (NOT INSURANCE).

This warranty is a limited service contract and is NOT insurance. Coverage provides repair or replacement services only and does not provide compensation for indirect, consequential, or financial losses or any costs.

3. COVERAGE

Scope coverage includes accidental physical damage, screen damage, and mechanical or electrical failure beyond manufacturer warranty. Coverage applies only where damage results in functional impairment. RWIRELESS reserves sole discretion in determining claim eligibility. No coverage for pre-existing damage (including hairline cracks, liquid indicators tripped, prior unauthorized repairs).

4. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT

To qualify for coverage, on the device with warranty must be equipped at the time of purchase with a protective case and screen protector purchased from RWIRELESS on the same invoice. The Device must remain protected by a properly fitted case and screen protector at all times during the Term. Failure to maintain required protective equipment may void coverage for accidental damage claims. RWIRELESS reserves the right to inspect the Device at the time of any claim to verify compliance.

5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

If repair costs exceed 70% of device retail value, RWIRELESS may at its sole discretion repair or replace the device. Replacement device may be refurbished/reconditioned and may not be identical. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of RWIRELESS and subject to parts availability. Replacement is subject to replacement deductible and counts as a fulfillment/claim. Replacement limited to 1 (Gold) / 2 (Platinum) per term.

6. DEDUCTIBLES

Deductibles must be paid prior to service.

7. CLAIM LIMITS

Gold Plan: Maximum 1 claim per 12 months (2 total over term). Platinum Plan: Maximum 2 claims per 12 months (4 total over term).

8. EXCLUSIONS

LOSS OR THEFT.

(a)	Intentional damage or misuse.
(b)	Extreme impact, crushing, or submersion beyond limits.
(c)	Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.
(d)	Software issues, malware, or data loss.
(e)	Power surge, corrosion, or chemical exposure.
(f)	Natural disasters including flood, fire, lightning.
(g)	Devices with altered or illegible serial numbers.
(h)	Unauthorized repairs void coverage.
(i)	Normal wear and tear.
(j)	Flip/Fold devices are excluded from warranty coverage.
(k)	Liquid damages (except water damage, where specifically included) are not covered under this warranty.

9. CLAIM REPORTING

Fraud claims must be reported within 5 days of incident. Water-related incidents must be reported within 48 hours. Delays may result in denial. Any misrepresentation, altered documents, or fraudulent claim voids coverage immediately. No claims shall be accepted within the first thirty (30) days following the original purchase date of the Covered Device and Plan. Any damage reported during this period shall be deemed pre-existing and excluded from coverage

10. TERMINATION OF COVERAGE

RWIRELESS may terminate coverage for any Covered Device if:

(i)	the Client fails to pay any amounts due under the Plan;
(ii)	the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions;
(iii)	the Client’s service agreement with Bell or contract with RWIRELESS is terminated for any reason.

Upon termination, coverage shall immediately cease and no refund shall be provided, except where required by applicable law.

11. ACCESSORIES (Platinum Only)

Unlimited screen protector replacements (damaged item must be returned and must match the original purchase receipt). Maximum 2 case replacements per term (damaged item must be returned and must match the original purchase receipt). Replacement value limited to original purchase price.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RWIRELESS liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the device. RWIRELESS shall not be liable for loss of data, income, use, or indirect or consequential damages. Maximum total liability shall not exceed the original retail purchase price of the device.
